Valerie Sicard Thibodeau graduated from the John Molson school of business of Concordia University with a bachelor degree in commerce.
After an internship at Bombardier Aerospace, she obtains, in 2015, a permanent position as a financial analyst in the Financial Planning and Analysis department of the business aircraft division. In 2017, she joins Landry investment management’s team as an analyst.
Student-athlete, she is the recipient of a financial award in 2014, which recognizes her academic and athletic achievements. She wears the colors of the Concordia Stingers during the national cross-country championship from 2012 to 2014, in addition to being captain and MVP of her team during her last academic year. Moreover, Valerie participates to the student life by getting involved in commerce games and Enactus Concordia. In 2013, she is part of a student exchange where she spends six months studying in Australia.
Valerie is currently a candidate for the CFA and a member of the Jeunes Gouverneurs des Grands Ballets Canadien. She has completed the Canadian securities course (CSC).
